Bounzooka privacy policy
Bounzooka is an arcade peg puzzle from W3SCORPS Gaming. This policy explains information used by the iOS app, including its TestFlight versions, and how you can manage your choices.
Your scores and settings
Your stage progress, best score, coin balance, daily bonus date and sound setting are saved on your device. The active board is held in memory for the current attempt. Bounzooka does not require an account and does not upload your game progress or active board to a W3SCORPS server. Removing the app and its saved data removes its local progress; device backups may retain copies under your device's backup settings.
Advertising and rewarded extra shots
After running out of shots, you can choose to watch a rewarded ad to keep your current board and score and receive three extra shots, once per stage attempt. The reward is granted only when the ad earns its reward and closes. Free retries are available without watching a rewarded ad. Interstitial ads may also appear between completed attempts or stages; they do not interrupt a shot. Bounzooka uses Google's AdMob advertising SDK and User Messaging Platform to deliver ads and manage privacy choices. TestFlight builds may use demo ads; the Google SDK still communicates with Google.
Google's SDK may process:
- Your IP address, which can indicate your approximate location.
- Device or app identifiers, including an advertising identifier when access is permitted.
- Ads viewed and interactions such as taps or video views.
- Crash, performance and diagnostic information.
Google uses this information for ad delivery and measurement, advertising analytics, and SDK performance. Advertising data may be shared with advertising partners as described in Google's policies and the privacy message shown in the app. Bounzooka requests non-personalized ads. It does not request iOS tracking permission or access to your precise GPS location, contacts, microphone or camera.
Read Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services for more information, including Google's retention practices.
Your privacy choices
Where applicable, the app presents Google's privacy message before requesting ads. Use Main menu → Settings → Ad privacy choices to review or change available consent and opt-out choices. You may decline consent or tracking and continue playing; optional ad availability may vary. Ad availability depends on your region, privacy choices and connection.
You can continue playing without selecting rewarded extra shots. A missing ad or declined tracking permission does not block ordinary gameplay.
Android advertising update
Android version 1.1.0 adds Google AdMob interstitial ads at natural breaks and optional rewarded ads for three extra shots once per run. Earlier Android testing builds did not include ads. Core gameplay remains available without watching a rewarded ad. Rewards are granted only after Google's SDK confirms they were earned.
The Android Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares IP addresses, which can indicate approximate location, app and ad interactions, diagnostics, and device or other identifiers such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID. These support advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. SDK data is encrypted in transit. The app requests non-personalized ads and disables Google's publisher first-party ID. Non-personalized ads still process data for these purposes. Your scores, progress and settings stay on your device.
Consent requirements are checked before advertising requests. Where required, Google displays a consent message and a Privacy choices button is available from the main menu to review your choices. Ad availability depends on connection, consent, region and demand. You can reset or delete your Android advertising ID in Android settings. Removing app storage or uninstalling deletes locally stored game progress. W3SCORPS does not operate an online player account or a server copy of your saved game.
For Google's data practices, see Google's Privacy Policy and Google Mobile Ads Android data disclosure.
Website version
The website stores game progress and settings locally. Its hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses and server logs, to deliver and protect the site. The advertising practices above apply to the iOS app; the original Android testing version has no ads.
Audience
Bounzooka is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13.
Testing and support
When you test through TestFlight, Apple processes testing, crash and feedback information under its own privacy terms and makes testing information available to the developer. If you email us or send feedback, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, device details or screenshots, and use it to respond and investigate the issue. Avoid including personal information in screenshots that is not needed to describe the problem.
Questions and requests
For questions about Bounzooka or a request concerning information you have sent us, contact w3scorpsgaming@gmail.com. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or object to or opt out of certain processing. Use the in-app privacy choices for advertising preferences and contact us for information held by W3SCORPS Gaming.
